Barbies, books and basically my madness📚📚

 Hello!!

I am currently sitting in my room, hearing music echoing from down the hall. It's that dramatic barbie, ballet song that somehow everyone knows.  Was it in swan lake? I don't know. Anyways, it made me think. Time flies, doesn't it?  I feel that when I was younger, the time went slowly. It felt like it was a lifetime before the school term had ended. But when I was like 10 it kind of switched up the mode. Like, all of a sudden, it's halfway through the year. Weren't New Year's like a couple of weeks ago?  It's crazy.

In French today, we watched the closing ceremony highlights for the Olympics. My friend, let's call her Amanda, turned to me and said, 'Next Olympics, we will be 18' Like WHAT?!! It's crazy.

Sorry, that was a very big burst of... thoughts.

I feel like I need to do a book review. Let's doooooo, The Prison Healer Series by Lynette Noni. I have recently finished this series and honestly it is SO good. 10/10. I enjoyed it so much; my mum is currently reading it too. This book has so many plot twists and kept me hooked and wanting more. The series is about Kiva Meridan, a healer at Zalindov Prison where she has been living for 10 years. One day, the rebel leader comes into the prison and is sick. To the point where she will die any minute. Kiva needs to look after her and keep her alive for the deadly trial by ordeal she needs to participate in. If she dies in the trials or beforehand, Kiva and someone very close to her dies. Can she do it? It's full of Love, magic, fantasy and adventure.

Soooo that was my little blurb about it. But honestly, it is so good. 😊😊😊

Anyways, to sum this up:

Barbie ballet song (What's it called?), time flying and book review of The Prison Healer series.

So, enjoy your day.

    1. Omg thank you so much! Books are also my happy place. As for a book recommendation, I was thinking about it and since you like books like A good Girls Guide to Murder I am assuming you like mystery novels? Based on that, I would recommend A murder is Announced by Agatha Christe. It is a bit old but it's really good. In the story it tells you that in the local newspaper it advertises a murder and that you should attend only saying the place and time. Unable to resist some locals turn up and the lights go out and a gun is fired. Who murdered who?
SO that was that. It's really good. If I got the completely wrong idea about what books you like, please tell me and I will recommend another book 😊 thanks.

    3. Authors... Okay. So, I don't typically read one specific author's work but rather series and novels (sorry to disappoint.). I do like the author of the book I recommended before: Agatha Christe. I have a lot of her work 🤣 My family kind of went a bit crazy when I told them I liked her writing. Jacquiline Wilson is another good one but in terms of more mature writing like teen novels, I don't know sorry. My favorite doctor is also the 10th doctor because David Tennent is amazing, and I loved when he came back for doctor 14.

pt.1 (sorry it's been a minute)

Hello, Hello again, I should say, as it's been quite a long time! I could say it was because of exams, or I was too busy but in actuality it was me. My own fault for putting other things ahead of my blog posts. I know it isn't very good! I'm sorry! So, in this blog, I am basically going to give you everything my blogs offer so it's going to be long and a bit rushed (Sorry!!). In my life in the many weeks I have not posted, life has been good! Summer is beginning to roll in and that excites me... Walks on the beach and swimming, blue skies and laughing. Ice blocks, soda cans opening and of course Christmas. But first of all, in the past couple of weeks all I have heard is Christmas music, Christmas trees in shops, Christmas ads and shopping bags with little trees on them. I don't want to be a bore and a little bit of a negative nelly, but Christmas for me starts in December. It's when we put the tree up, schools wrapping up and it just doesn't feel like quit...

A random reappearance

Aloha All,  Yes, it's me, making an appearance but 2 years later.  It may only be two years, but I have gone through way more than I ever thought I would. But with going through something, you've learned to change, to adapt, and it may not be completely how I visioned myself but, I'm far happier. On this rollercoaster journey, one I'm still battling day after day, one that's getting easier, I assure you, I'm learning and I'm experiencing.   As I am writing now, I acknowledge my feeling of calm. A feeling that when I first experienced it, made me question my every move. This is new, I thought as I sat on my bus, this is different. In a world, especially high school, and I understand this may not apply to everyone, that's so highly intense I forgot what it was like to take a breath. On this roller coaster journey, I am referring too, I knew I'd feel happier as I worked on myself. My affirmations. But I never knew the calm that existed.  With every t...

A little bit about me via Buzzfeed

Helloooo, Welcome to today's blog!!!!!  Today was a Monday, so it was back to school for a new week. It was a little boring, got a test result back and had choir once again. Pretty normal in the scheme of things to be honest. Although in a French class where we were not doing anything I resorted to the helpful fun BuzzFeed offers. I did all sorts of quizzes from favorite books to tv shows to movies.  The results were as follows: For what Grease character I am I got: Sandy. Now this was the result I was hoping for. But in my mind, I'm the Sandy before she turned rebel. All my life I have wanted to be a pink lady and basically just live in the same decade as them. For me, Grease is the ideal world.  Mamma Mia: I got Sophie. On the caption it states: You are bright spirited and compassionate. You would do anything for those you love. You're known to be a bit feisty and persistent which makes to more lovable! This was also the result I was hoping for 🤣 Keeper of the Lo...
